Hi, I’m
In 2016, I left my teaching career in search of a slower, more spacious life. I had done everything I was “supposed” to do, but something still felt off. When I began clarifying what truly mattered to me, and what lit me up from the inside, a clear path emerged: less dread, more joy. Now, I help others find their way there too. My work is about helping you see what’s been holding you back, so you can finally get unstuck. Together, we identify what’s meaningful to you, prioritize it with intention, and gently break the cycles that keep you feeling trapped or depleted.
I completed my M.Ed. in Counselling and Prevention Science at Harvard University, where I studied behaviour change, time use, and human development. My background as a therapist means we don’t just build systems - we work with the emotional patterns that make those systems hard to sustain. I’m drawn to the places where people feel stuck despite insight, and I often act as a steady compass , helping clients move toward success as they define it.
Drawing on my experience as a teacher, therapist, and leadership facilitator, I understand the complexity of personal and professional growth. I help you navigate the cluttered landscape of your mind and create a clear, personalized roadmap - one that supports both your inner life and your capacity for meaningful action.
After spending more than a decade living in Toronto, Boston, and Los Angeles, I moved home to PEI with my partner, Greg, and our two daughters. I love reading, traveling, dancing, writing, acting, playing music, the ocean, belly laughs, and having my mind blown wide open. I’m endlessly curious about time and feelings, and I care deeply about helping people feel seen, understood, and supported. Your dreams are beautiful. My work is helping you move toward them in concrete, sustainable ways, while offering both encouragement and grounded strategy along the way.
