I help highly creative, sensitive people with complex minds reduce overwhelm, manage their time effectively, and create a life that feels spacious, intentional, and joyful. I work with university students, professionals, creatives, and entrepreneurs (often those with ADHD or other forms of neurodivergence) who want to move beyond chaos and build systems that actually work for their brains. Together, we create practical strategies for prioritizing, planning, and sustaining momentum, while addressing the underlying blocks that keep you stuck.
My approach isn’t about pushing productivity - it’s about reshaping your life to reflect your true values. Using an evidence-based framework I developed during my M.Ed. at Harvard, we’ll uncover what’s holding you back, reduce mental clutter, and create clear strategies for managing priorities, energy, and attention.
Whether you’re struggling to make headway on your goals, feeling overwhelmed by projects, burnt out, stuck on a hamster wheel, or simply scattered, our sessions offer tangible tools for weekly planning, prioritization, and focus - while also addressing the underlying emotional blocks that keep you stuck. Establish big picture deadlines across classes
Learn to create a visual tracking map for the semester so nothing falls through the cracks.

Track weekly priorities
Class by class we assess what needs to be done on a weekly basis. We create the time and space for this kind of thinking and build self-trust vs. overwhelm and avoidance.

Create daily plans
We plug clear, manageable targets into each day, so all the weekly priorities are accounted for with buffer room, spaciousness, and time to relax. The goal is for students to trust the system so they can breathe a sigh of relief. Focusing on fewer tasks each day creates less stress and more focus for the tasks at hand.

Deepen Self-Awareness
Once we get the above systems ‘locked and loaded’ and our trust deepens, students have more time in sessions to explore study skills, personal goals, self-advocacy, and to deepen their self-awareness and self-compassion.
